The ideal candidate will combine executive-level organizational skills with the warmth and attentiveness required in a private household. This role involves managing personal, household, and social tasks to ensure comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
Household & Personal Management
- Coordinate household staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Oversee scheduling of home maintenance, deliveries, and appointments.
- Maintain household inventories (supplies, wardrobe, gifting, etc.).
- support personal calendar, appointments, and reservations.
- Plan and coordinate travel (domestic and international), including itineraries, accommodations, and private transport.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, mail) with discretion as requested.
- Maintain organized files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with occasional event planning, hosting, gift purchasing.
- Provide companionship on select outings or appointments, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Run errands including shopping, pharmacy pickups, and personal requests.
- Coordinate medical appointments, wellness treatments, and health check-ins.
- Provide medication reminders if needed.
- Act as a liaison with healthcare providers, ensuring clarity and follow-up.
- Handle expense tracking, bill payments, and reconciliations under strict confidentiality.
- Assist with charitable giving, memberships, and subscriptions.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Household Manager in a high-net-worth or private family setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—professional, poised, and discreet.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, calendar management, and common office software.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and occasional travel.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- CPR/first aid training (preferred).
- Discreet & Trustworthy : Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Warm & Attentive : Able to provide support with compassion, patience, and respect.
- Resourceful & Proactive : Anticipates needs before they arise.
- Polished & Professional : Represents the household with elegance and tact.
