  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across all recruiting functions.
  • Capacity Management: Recruit for headquarters (HQ) roles and step in to assist with clinical hiring during periods of high demand to ensure no capacity shortages.
  • Sourcing & Sponsorships: Oversee and guide the team's sourcing efforts, leveraging a variety of platforms and strategies, including partnerships and sponsorships, to proactively build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, market data, and best practices in behavioral health and corporate recruiting to maintain a competitive edge.

About You

  • Recruiting Expertise: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role. Experience with ABA or technician-driven jobs is a plus.
  • Healthcare & Startup Experience: Proven experience in healthcare recruiting, with a strong understanding of the behavioral or mental health industry. Experience working in a startup environment, especially within health tech or ABA, is highly recommended.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a recruiting team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-Driven: A track record of using data to inform decisions, track performance, and implement process improvements.
  • Strategic Thinker: Experience developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, PSMs, and POs.
