Sales Representative (Orthopedics/Spine) - West Virginia

Overview

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative based in West Virginia to join the team, specializing in healthcare solutions for surgical centers, clinics, and outpatient settings. This position is responsible for developing new business, managing relationships with medical professionals, and driving adoption of innovative therapy devices across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share within assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue prospective customers, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and surgical practices.
  • Present and demonstrate the value and benefits of advanced healthcare technology to clinicians and staff.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts through regular follow-up, education, and training.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote client offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service and support for customers.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide accurate territory reporting and maintain detailed customer records.


Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in Orthopedics or Spine
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate medical professionals.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout West Virginia (up to 80% of the time); occasional overnight trips required.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, accountability, and professionalism.
