We specialize in FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and conventional programs, and we pride ourselves on offering clients a smooth, well-communicated mortgage experience. Our processors play a critical role in supporting a top-producing loan officer and ensuring that our clients receive white-glove service from application to closing.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze third-party documents (appraisals, titles, homeowner’s insurance, VOEs, etc.).
  • Process a wide variety of loans, including FHA, VA, jumbo, and conventional.
  • Manage multi-state loan processing with strict compliance to state-specific regulations.
  • Disclose and balance with title companies in accordance with TRID regulations.
  • Proactively communicate with borrowers and loan officers by phone and video to gather documentation and provide updates.
  • Be part of a dynamic team environment where processors frequently step in to cover different parts of the loan process that may fall outside traditional job descriptions.
  • Adapt quickly to new technology, changing processes, and evolving industry standards.
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ mortgage processing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, jumbo, and conventional loan programs.
  • Familiarity with agency guidelines and TRID compliance.
  • Proficiency with loan origination systems and mortgage processing tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients on phone and video calls.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
