About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Input Clerk to join our Administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an entry-level position in a supportive and fast-paced environment. As a Data Input Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into our systems and playing a vital role in maintaining efficient administrative operations. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires proficiency in English and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately input and update data into the company's systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies before entry.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
  • Organize and file records both digitally and physically as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and consistent data management practices.
  • Generate reports and summaries from data entries upon request.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as document retrieval and scanning, as needed.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Dependable and capable of maintaining high levels of accuracy under minimal supervision.

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA

The Pay Range For This Role Is

20.19 - 34.91 USD per hour(Remote (Cape Girardeau, Missouri, US))
