Shape financial planning strategy

As a Billing Analyst you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, processing customer's invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Billing and Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring invoice tracking reports for all North America billing, ensuring all electronic invoices are successfully transmitted
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements
  • Working with internal and external customers to ensure timely collections

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+years experience in accounting or finance (preferred)
  • Display attention to detail, having good IT Skills including experience of SAP
  • Demonstrate knowledge/ experience of working in a Billing/Accounting environment
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, able to present to a range of audiences
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environment
  • Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
