Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production/Logistics Coordinator to support our production team in managing day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Production/Logistics Coordinator will play an integral role in ensuring timely production, smooth workflow, and efficient delivery of merchandise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily communication and follow-up with overseas factories to track production progress and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Review vendor updates weekly in the Work-in-Progress (WIP) report with the production team and monitor pending action items.
  • Identify and resolve production challenges, communicate changes as needed, and ensure a seamless workflow across teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control reports, and all relevant documentation.
  • Track shipments, proactively address delivery issues, and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, coordinating closely with design, sourcing, and factory teams to meet deadlines.
  • Support special projects as assigned by the production team.
  • Assist with packing and shipping needs for internal production operations.
  • Create, review, and manage technical package (tech pack) updates, including sample reviews and pre-production/top-of-production comments.


Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated thoroughness and accuracy in task completion and error identification.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to engage effectively with team members, vendors, and partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adjust to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Dropbox is required.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in production, logistics, or a related role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production, Logistics, or a related field.
