The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting within the ABA field or healthcare services and understands the unique qualifications required for success in RBT roles.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting within the ABA field or healthcare services and understands the unique qualifications required for success in RBT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for RBT positions, from job posting through offer acceptance
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Represent the company professionally to candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Track hiring metrics and recruitment goals
- Prior recruiting/talent acquisition experience required in ABA or related fields
- Strong understanding of RBT qualifications and credentialing process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with personal equipment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, and professional networking tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Competitive salary starting at $30/hour
- 100% remote work schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
