A fast-growing company in the corporate gifting and event services industry is seeking a proactive and polished Administrative Assistant to support a busy executive. This is a fully remote role with a preference for candidates who can work Eastern Time hours. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll help streamline daily operations, manage key administrative processes, and ensure the executive is organized and informed. They are looking for someone who is resourceful, communicative, and eager to take initiative.
Salary Range: $48,000 - $52,000 / year DOE

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist with proposal creation and editing
- Support social media presence by engaging with posts
- Reconcile credit card statements and track expenses
- Draft and send thank-you cards and other correspondence
- Track deadlines, reminders, and important follow-ups for the executive
- Organize administrative workflows and suggest process improvements
- Potential for light calendar and inbox management
- 2–3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- High attention to detail and excellent written communication
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working 9–5 ET hours from a remote setup
- Positive, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in corporate gifting, hospitality, or a creative services business is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
