Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the North America region, supporting and driving the enhancement of organizational effectiveness for the North America team.
  • Assist in developing and implementing talent development plans to ensure the career growth and development of North America team members.
  • Work closely with various business departments in North America to understand business needs and provide customized HR solutions.
  • Implement strategies for talent attraction, retention, and motivation to ensure the efficient operation of the North America team.
  • Participate in and promote cross-cultural communication and team-building activities to strengthen the cohesion of the North America team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the HR field, familiar with core HR functions such as talent development, employee relations management, and performance management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively engaging with managers and employees at various levels.
  • Ability to support remote work, and must have legal work authorization in the United States.
