Leap Health partners with self-funded employers to manage specialty drug costs, which represent the fastest-growing, least transparent spend in healthcare. Employers face inflated drug costs and site-of-care markups; patients endure treatment delays, long travel, and fragmented coordination. Our value-based approach creates hard-dollar cost savings for employers, routes care to the most convenient setting (even directly to the home), and surrounds members with white-glove support. In just two years, we’ve scaled to 2M+ covered lives.

About The Role

Leap Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships and Consultant Relations to lead our national partnerships strategy and drive growth through the consultant, broker, and employer vendor ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will own the development, management, and expansion of key partnerships—from building relationships with leading benefits consultants and brokers to managing employer vendor partnerships end-to-end.

This is a strategic, externally-facing role where you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate growth and establish Leap Health as the partner of choice in the benefits and digital health marketplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Consultant & Broker Relations: Build and manage trusted relationships with top consulting and brokerage firms (Mercer, WTW, Alliant, AON, Gallagher, Lockton, and regionals).
  • Employer Vendor Partnerships: Develop and grow relationships with employer vendors, managing the entire lifecycle—scoping, contracting, onboarding, launch, and long-term growth.
  • Pipeline Leadership: Own and expand Leap Health’s national partnership pipeline, ensuring opportunities are effectively staged, advanced, and converted.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design and execute joint GTM strategies that drive revenue and expand market penetration.
  • Executive Engagement: Lead high-level presentations, product demos, and strategic discussions with consultants, brokers, and vendor partners.
  • Contracting & Negotiations: Partner with Legal and Sales to structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Business Development, Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure seamless partner engagement and delivery.
  • Market Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on consultant/broker dynamics, employer vendor ecosystem trends, and digital health innovations.
  • Growth Accountability: Track and report on pipeline performance in Salesforce, drive measurable revenue results, and prepare strategic updates for business reviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • Established, trusted relationships with leading consultants, brokers, and employer vendors.
  • 5+ years experience in consultant relations, employer vendor partnerships, or channel/enterprise partnership sales (healthtech, benefits, or SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and growth through consultant and vendor partnerships.
  • Strong experience managing the full partnership lifecycle and collaborating on go-to-market strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Why Leap Health?

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth organization transforming healthcare. At Leap Health, you’ll shape the future of employer health benefits by forging partnerships that drive innovation, improve access, and deliver measurable outcomes. If you’re motivated by impact, energized by growth, and ready to be part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
