Key Responsibilities
Content & SEO
- Write and update website content to improve search visibility and attract new clients
- Help create blog posts, landing pages, and client resources
- Check in with existing clients to gather feedback and improve their experience
- Encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews or provide testimonials
- Take inbound calls from leads and help them understand our services
- Assist in converting inquiries into paying clients
- Learn and use software tools like CRM, CMS, and analytics dashboards
- Help improve internal workflows and marketing performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms
- Highly organized, proactive, and a fast learner
- Enthusiastic about working in a mission-driven, fast-paced startup environment
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related health field
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or client support
- Experience using WordPress, HubSpot, or similar tools
