The Role
You will be a key driver of Mode Media's growth by securing direct advertiser deals that deliver measurable performance at scale. This role combines strategic sales execution, deep industry expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock revenue opportunities and expand Mode's advertiser base.

The Role
You will be a key driver of Mode Media's growth by securing direct advertiser deals that deliver measurable performance at scale. This role combines strategic sales execution, deep industry expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock revenue opportunities and expand Mode's advertiser base.
Who You Are and What You'll Do
- Pipeline Development: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi-quarter direct advertiser deals.
- Advertiser Success: Act as the primary point of contact for direct advertisers, ensuring consistent communication, clear expectation setting, and proactive problem-solving.
- Revenue Accountability: Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets tied to new advertiser acquisition and campaign growth.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Yield, Data, and Growth teams to optimize campaign results and deliver superior advertiser ROI.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on performance marketing trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to guide sales strategy.
- Industry Engagement: Represent Mode Media at industry conferences and networking events to expand advertiser relationships.
- Experience: 5–7+ years, with a proven track record in performance/affiliate mobile advertising sales.
- Vertical Expertise: Experience in mobile app installs, gaming, fintech, subscription apps, or other high-growth digital verticals preferred.
- Analytical Strength: Strong ability to interpret campaign performance metrics (ROAS, LTV, retention) and translate them into actionable insights.
- Tools: Proficiency with Tune, Everflow, and similar platforms preferred.
- Global Exposure: Experience working with international advertisers and agencies is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote, international team environment.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of outcomes.
