BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a passionate, motivated, and innovative Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team, supporting hospitals throughout the Central Region—including Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, & Illinois. This position will support recruiting for our para-professionals, like Certified Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, Client Service Coordinators, etc.
In this role, you'll independently manage full-cycle recruiting, build strong partnerships with veterinary technician programs, and maintain a pipeline of talent that fuels hospital growth. You’ll be the bridge between passionate professionals and meaningful careers in veterinary medicine.

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, You Will
- Partner with hospital leaders and People & Organization (P&O) Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and recommend top talent for hourly and salaried roles within our hospitals.
- Build strong relationships with local vet tech programs and other talent sources.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate offer processes and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
- Provide guidance on best practices and hiring strategies in a competitive market.
- Use creativity, urgency, and persistence to fill roles with top-tier talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of recruiting, full-cycle experience, preferably in a high-volume or healthcare setting.
- Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment.
- A passion for pets and people—bonus if you’ve worked in the veterinary or healthcare field!
