We are currently seeking a Vice President of Operations to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third party reproduction and egg donation. The Vice President of Operations is a senior executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and physician engagement across the CCRM network. Reporting directly to the President of CCRM, the VP partners closely with the Regional Medical Director to ensure alignment between clinical and operational priorities. This role oversees Practice Directors and Practice Administrators, leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional patient care, optimize financial performance, and foster a culture of physician satisfaction and practice development.

- Direct leadership of Practice Directors and Practice Administrators across assigned
- Strategic partnership with the Regional Medical Director to align operational initiatives with clinical goals.
- Executive oversight of regional operations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence across all practices.
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous
- Develop and mentor Practice Administrators and Directors to ensure high-performing centers and strong operational workflows.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance physician engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee and enhance the physician recruitment experience and pipeline to support strategic growth and clinical excellence.
- Drive financial performance across facilities, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin optimization.
- Lead practice development initiatives, including market expansion, service line growth, and performance improvement.
- Oversee implementation of standardized workflows and operational best practices across the network.
- Collaborate with physician leaders to identify and resolve operational barriers to clinical efficiency.
- Ensure onboarding, training, and development programs support leadership excellence and team effectiveness.
- Assist in onboarding new leaders and staff, and actively promote the dissemination of best practices across centers.
- Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and supply chain operations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee facilities management to ensure environments support optimal patient care and provider productivity.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to financial outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
