OCH Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact IT solutions for federal clients. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles, all within the compliance framework.

Remote- potential to come on-site for occasional meetings in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

OCH Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact IT solutions for federal clients. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles, all within the compliance framework.

Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
- Develop metrics and reports utilizing Gitlab
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
Experience
- At least five (5) years’ of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Security Clearance Requirement
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with federal government clients.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in coaching teams through Agile transformations.
- Ability to manage multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
