We’re searching for a results driven Head of Sales who can set the vision, drive execution, and deliver consistent revenue growth. This role is ideal for a sales-first leader who thrives in high-velocity environments, knows how to build and scale teams, and is relentless about closing new business.

What You’ll Own

Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)

  • Lead the full sales function – set strategy, KPIs, and operating cadence for inbound and outbound teams.
  • Act as a player-coach: from pitching enterprise clients to training reps, you lead by example.
  • Build and scale a high-performance sales organization with accountability, energy, and urgency.
  • Implement forecasting, pipeline management, and consistent reporting to the CEO and leadership team.

Partnership Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for Corporate Wellness offerings, targeting law firms, financial institutions, and other high-value partners.
  • Identify and close strategic partnerships that expand reach, unlock revenue, and strengthen brand equity.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships and negotiate high-value agreements.

Revenue Growth Strategy

  • Own revenue targets across Direct-to-Consumer and Corporate Wellness channels.
  • Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and conversion optimization to maximize profitability.
  • Drive new acquisition channels (referral networks, outbound campaigns, enterprise partnerships).

Cross-Functional Collaboration (Sales-First, Marketing-Second)

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns and messaging drive qualified leads.
  • Align closely with Product to optimize the client experience and support retention.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives – but maintain ownership of conversion and sales outcomes.

Corporate Wellness Expertise (Bonus) | Direct experience selling into B2B/B2B2C channels such as law firms, financial services, or professional partnerships.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with B2C health and wellness brands, concierge medical models, or DTC subscription businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • A track record of building and leading cross-functional growth teams where sales is the driver
