The EHR Training Specialist - Billing / RCM provides our clients with optimum knowledge of our software and assists them in their transition to our platform. This position specializes in medical billing / revenue cycle management.

Description
The EHR Training Specialist - Billing / RCM provides our clients with optimum knowledge of our software and assists them in their transition to our platform. This position specializes in medical billing / revenue cycle management.
Essential Functions:
- Use our blended learning model to train physicians, mid level providers, clinical staff and support staff in the use of Office Practicum’s electronic health records and practice management software.
- Delivers training through our training models: 1-1 training, onsite group training, go live support, superuser training, webinars, and individual web based training.
- Perform workflow analyses and develop electronic based practice workflows during the implementation process on an as needed basis.
- Regularly plan and deliver education/training required for implementation of our software solution for go-live.
- Assist in content creation for training outlines as needed
- Stay current with software releases
- Troubleshoot and communicate potential problems and issues at client sites to other members of the implementation team on an as needed basis.
- Regularly provide remote and onsite go-live support for clients.
- Work with staff and physicians to optimize the use of software solutions through continuing education and training.
- Travel up to 2 weeks out of each month to client sites throughout the US.

- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management / medical billing processes.
- Experienced user of medical billing software to include Electronic Billing and ERA processing.
- 2-4 years of EHR training experience required, including training end users on EHR systems remotely and at client sites
- Strong understanding of medical billing procedures / revenue cycle management required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Quiet / dedicated environment for remote work
- 50% travel or 2 weeks per month
- Prolonged periods of time sitting when not traveling
