The Regional Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue and expanding sales in their designated region through strategic relationship management. We are looking for someone to cover the Texas and Colorado regions with a preferred home base in either located in Dallas, Houston, Austin, or Denver. This position is responsible for enhancing sales performance by overseeing sales, execution, operations, and key partnerships with wholesalers in the assigned geographic area. Collaborating with the area General Manager, the incumbent sets priorities and implements business plans for impactful sales territories while also managing the selection, staffing, and development of the sales team to achieve sales and profit targets.

- Cultivate and manage customer relationships to grow sales region and develop innovative strategies for increasing business and order volume
- Engage effectively with customers, internal teams (event planning, logistics, production, marketing), retail accounts, and distribution partners
- Develop and execute plans to expand distribution points in alignment with company sales goals
- Meet monthly sales performance metrics and maintain accurate Account and Contact database
- Implement sales marketing strategies, utilize programs, POS materials, signage, and other marketing tools
- Coordinate and attend in-market events including samplings, bar promotions, local festivals
- Participate in Distributor sales meetings, crew drives, and ride-along sales days
- Direct training and development initiatives for the Field Sales team and managed distributors
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to proactively identify and address customer issues and deliver effective solutions
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in beverage sales with a Supplier or Distributor
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in VIP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and customer service excellence
- Organized, self-motivated, and proficient in problem-solving and time management
- In-depth knowledge of the craft beverage industry and emerging trends
- Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, with travel comprising 25-65% of working time based on market demands
