Duties
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to derive business insights.
- Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive product and business solutions.
- Design experiments and analyze results to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Stay current with the latest research, tools, and techniques in data science and machine learning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings in simple terms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
