CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and their children healthy.
CRH Healthcare is currently seeking a Provider Scheduling Coordinator. The role is best suited to an experienced Scheduler who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, highly organized, articulate, and internet-savvy. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in the healthcare industry and be able to provide scheduling services to help us in staff coverage in support of our growing business.

CRH Healthcare is currently seeking a Provider Scheduling Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in the healthcare industry and be able to provide scheduling services to help us in staff coverage in support of our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining staffing matrix-based Provider schedules across the organization, utilizing scheduling software.
- Work with Locum agencies to review/approve new locums.
- Evaluate Locum cost to keep clinic open/closed based on expectations set by leadership.
- Schedule all part-time/floater providers for all 4 regions.
- Verify the availability of internal and external participants for planned meetings, interviews, training, and shifts.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and associated deadlines.
- Document scheduling processes and maintain records/spreadsheets.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with scheduling applications, Schedule360 experience preferred.
- Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced knowledge of recordkeeping practices.
- A strong verbal communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills who can comfortably engage in conversations with all echelons of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
