The Role

We’re looking for a UX Research Intern to help us continuously track and understand our users. You’ll conduct interviews, run surveys, and analyze user behavior data to uncover insights that improve our app experience.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled and ongoing user interviews with our app users.
• Design and distribute surveys to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Track and analyze user behavior data from in-app analytics and research tools.
• Identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improving user experience.
• Work closely with product and design teams to turn insights into actionable changes.
• Help maintain a research repository for easy reference and sharing across the team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in UX research, human-centered design, and product improvement.
• Experience with user interviews, surveys, or usability testing (academic or practical).
• Comfortable analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
• Passion for pets is highly desirable.
