  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer; conduct background checks; coordinate onboarding to ensure timely completion of all requirements.
  • Benefits & Programs – Administer employee benefits; coordinate engagement and recognition programs.
  • Performance & Development – Ensure timely performance reviews; identify and facilitate professional development opportunities.

  • 3+ years of hands-on HR management experience.
  • Proficiency in Paylocity (preferred) or similar HRIS; strong Microsoft and Google Suite skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.

Benefits: We offer a robust Paid Time Off program, Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, Employee Assistance Program, Short and Long-Term Disability. When eligible for 401(k), Edovate will match 100% of contributions up to 5% of the employee’s salary.
