Edovate Learning Corporation is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on building a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will independently manage the full scope of HR functions—from compliance and technology to employee relations and talent development—while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and staff.

Edovate Learning Corporation is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations with professionalism, discretion, and a focus on building a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will independently manage the full scope of HR functions—from compliance and technology to employee relations and talent development—while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and staff.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-state environment, enjoys solving problems, and has the confidence to navigate sensitive conversations with care.
What You’ll Do
- Compliance & Policy – Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws; maintain current knowledge of HR trends and regulations; create and update job descriptions.
- Technology & HRIS Management – Oversee Paylocity HRIS functions, including payroll changes, benefits administration, reporting, and employee record maintenance; manage employee clearances and credentialing.
- Employee Relations – Serve as the primary HR contact; facilitate and document sensitive conversations; mediate conflicts while protecting confidentiality.
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer; conduct background checks; coordinate onboarding to ensure timely completion of all requirements.
- Benefits & Programs – Administer employee benefits; coordinate engagement and recognition programs.
- Performance & Development – Ensure timely performance reviews; identify and facilitate professional development opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on HR management experience.
- Proficiency in Paylocity (preferred) or similar HRIS; strong Microsoft and Google Suite skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
