With over $30M raised from top-tier investors and a proven track record of delivering measurable value to global clients, this company is scaling rapidly and seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead its revenue organization.
This is a high-impact senior leadership role where you’ll own full go-to-market execution, scale a high-performing sales team, and work closely with the CEO and leadership on strategy, enterprise deals, and market expansion.

This is a high-impact senior leadership role where you’ll own full go-to-market execution, scale a high-performing sales team, and work closely with the CEO and leadership on strategy, enterprise deals, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and deliver on quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and mentor a world-class sales team of 15+ Account Executives and BDRs.
- Lead enterprise sales processes, including complex technical deal closures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams on GTM strategy.
- Oversee forecasting, sales analytics, and CRM management for pipeline visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with technical buyers and enterprise decision-makers.
- 10–15 years of experience, including both individual contributor and sales leadership roles.
- Proven leadership experience at high-growth enterprise software startups (Series B+ with $20M+ ARR).
- Track record of scaling sales teams from 10 to 30+ members.
- Experience closing 6-figure technical deals (APIs, AI, or enterprise SaaS).
- Strong ability to engage with technical buyers and lead product-oriented sales conversations.
- Exceptional communication and mentoring skills.
- Based on the U.S. East Coast or willing to relocate.
- Shape the strategic direction of a category-defining AI product with clear product-market fit.
- Join the senior leadership team and work directly with the CEO.
