Mission

Your mission is to support our team in securing TV and brand opportunities for our clients.


Role

You are the organizational backbone for our brand and TV submissions process. You handle logistics, track submissions, prepare materials, and communicate updates. You ensure deadlines are met, opportunities are maximized, and no detail is missed.


KPI

Success will be measured by timeliness and accuracy of submissions, responsiveness to deadlines, and partner satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinating submissions of talent for brand campaigns and TV casting calls
  • Tracking and updating the status of all brand and TV opportunities
  • Preparing pitch decks, media kits, and other submission materials
  • Liaising with team to confirm interest, availability, and eligibility for opportunities
  • Assisting with scheduling, deadlines, and deliverable tracking
  • Maintaining internal databases and ensuring information is current
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc brand and TV-related tasks

  • Qualifications

    • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or TV casting a plus
    • 1+ years in an administrative, coordination, or agency support role
