The Contract Coordinator will be a member of a resourceful and dynamic team responsible for managing contracts from cradle to grave, as well as other administrative functions that support the needs of our Customers and Sales Teams. Communication and organization skills are a must as you work cross functionally with other teams to process the following tasks:

  • Manage Bids/RFQs/RFPs; this entails a thorough review of all documents and making sure all requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Draft contracts on Bio-Rad template
  • Review/Redline the business terms of legal documents.
  • Process non-disclosure agreements, vendor surveys and other pertinent forms and requests.
  • Generate Excel price files, Usage Analysis Report, and other Ad Hoc reports.
  • Assist with resolving pricing discrepancies.
  • Maintain pricing conditions for term of contract and create price lists for customers and sales

You will be working closely with the members of your team and Supervisor to plan your tasks and to monitor your progress.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Contracts processed, executed, and implemented by the candidate directly impact Bio-Rad’s revenue stream.
  • RFPs/RFQs/Bids reviewed and submitted by the candidate and are awarded contribute to Bio-Rad’s revenue stream.
  • The candidate will be able to provide quality assistance to our internal and external customers.
  • The candidate’s effective management of their sales regions will ensure we continue to provide the Sales Team and our other internal/external customers with the best possible service.
  • The candidate’s positive attitude and interpersonal skills will help foster the supportive and safe space to that they work in.

What You Bring

  • Education: High School diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years administrative experience or equivalent.
  • Must be able to compile and format data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be a motivated and flexible team player.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com is a plus.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $44,600 to $76,400 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

  • Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
