The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Programs team and lead various programs focusing on our value creation, IT applications and business transformation initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives decisions, and ensures seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, a deep knowledge of customer data management initiatives, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. 

How you'll contribute

  • Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution and delivery of our value creation, IT applications, and business transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless execution. Develop program plans and roadmaps that align with strategic and business objectives and demonstrate best practices to successfully execute cross-functional initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align programs and projects with organizational and business goals to maximize impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business teams, development teams, and third-party consultants, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Lead training sessions and provide support as needed to users to maximize system utilization.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure program needs are met. Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to address them. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to minimize disruptions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and explore trends to identify opportunities for enhancements.  
  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates, reports, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders. Track program KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in business, with demonstrated experience management projects and change within organizations.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive program success. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Change Management: Ability to demonstrate a bias for action in all endeavors – we are a fast-paced, 'roll up your sleeves' organization that gets things done.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills demonstrated through the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal formats, to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Financial aptitude and literacy to delve into the details, ensuring an understanding of the numbers and how they translate into organizational performance.
  • Proficient in preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and managing programs efficiently using Excel.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP Certification is preferred but not required. 
  • This position can be local to our Portsmouth, NH office and work a hybrid remote schedule, or be fully remote in the US (East Coast hours likely)
