We’re currently on the hunt for a spirited Key Account Manager for our Retail channel who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, own their portfolio, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our business.
About The Role
In this newly created position, you’ll lead the charge for retail growth across the U.S. managing strategic national retail and grocery accounts, distributor relationships, and in-store performance. You’ll drive new product listings, lead activations, and ensure strong brand visibility while collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to deliver commercially meaningful outcomes.

About The Role

Key Areas Of Focus Include
- Securing new listings and expanding national distribution
- Driving in-store sales through retail programs and activations
- Managing major accounts (e.g., Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Costco) and distributor partners
- Leading pricing, promotions, and trade execution
- Growing our Ready-to-Drink and core SKU presence across channels
- Supporting our sales team and championing brand excellence at shelf
You’re a commercially savvy, ambitious self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. With a solid background in the beverages or CPG space—including 3+ years managing grocery and retail chain accounts, you’ve delivered sales growth, led high-value accounts, and know how to turn relationships into sustainable results.
You Bring
- A business related qualification for credibility
- Strong distributor and retail buyer relationships, with proven negotiation and planning skills
- Expertise in category management and syndicated data analysis (advanced Nielsen; IRI/SPINS is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with sales enablement tools, online marketplaces, and supply planning
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- A resilient, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Willingness to travel regularly to stay close to customers and opportunities
