We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Event Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a diverse range of marketing events — from intimate client dinners and networking happy hours to large-scale conferences, summits, and national trade shows. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the event experience and amplifying the brand’s presence across key markets.

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Executive Leadership, as well as external agencies and vendors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and guest lists for events ranging from 20-person VIP gatherings to 1,000+ attendee conferences and industry trade shows.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event themes, messaging, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and drive event strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring each event strengthens brand positioning and generates measurable pipeline.
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective event solutions.
  • Execute pre-event marketing campaigns in partnership with the digital marketing team to boost attendance and engagement.
  • Monitor event success through attendee feedback and post-event analysis, and prepare reports on outcomes and ROI.
  • Maintain a calendar of events and ensure all stakeholders are informed of event timelines and expectations.
  • Coordinate staffing for events to represent the brand effectively.
  • Foster relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and media to enhance event exposure and attendance.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning or marketing, preferably within a corporate environment and with large scale events as well.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear communication.
  • Experience with event platforms, and CRM systems (Hubspot), and project tracking tools
  • High level of ownership, with a proactive mindset and ability to operate independently
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, during events, as necessary.
