We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system, verifying order details, and supporting the smooth coordination of order processing from placement to fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process customer orders into the order management system

Review incoming orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies

Confirm product availability and pricing before processing orders

Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and other departments to verify or clarify order information

Track and update order status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders

Coordinate with shipping, inventory, and billing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Maintain detailed and organized records of order data and customer interactions

Resolve order-related issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when needed

Assist in generating order reports, invoices, and documentation as required

Follow company guidelines for data accuracy, customer service, and confidentiality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus)

Previous experience in order entry, data entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred

Strong typing skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Working Conditions

Flexible scheduling or occasional overtime during peak periods may be required
