ContractWe are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Designer to join our team on an ongoing (on-call) freelance basis. This role bridges creative development and digital/print production, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality assets across various formats, including display ads, PDPs, visual merchandising, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative systems and align designs with brand and project goals.
- Create, refine, and deliver high-quality assets for a variety of formats, including digital (ads, PDPs) and print (merchandise, packaging).
- Develop creative design solutions using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Use Figma to build PDPs, display ads, and social banners, in collaborative workflows.
- Ensure consistency and a unified look and feel across all deliverables, integrating systems thinking into each stage of production.
- Manage production timelines, balancing multiple projects without compromising quality or creativity.
- Troubleshoot design challenges and refine processes to optimize workflows.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends and technologies, ensuring deliverables remain current and competitive.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creative production, design, or a related role.
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in digital and print production, including packaging, visual merchandising, and PDPs.
- Strong understanding of design systems and brand identity frame works.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong systems thinking to ensure design consistency and strategic alignment across deliverables.
- Experience working in collaborative online spaces (e.g., Teams, Figma) for concept development and asset creation.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
