We're seeking a strategic and experienced VP of Provider Talent Acquisition to lead national recruitment for licensed behavioral health providers (therapists and NPs) at our fast-growing telemedicine company.

In this high-impact leadership role reporting to the CEO, you'll:

  • Build and lead a high-performing provider recruitment team.
  • Drive national hiring strategies to support rapid clinical growth.
  • Optimize sourcing, systems, and candidate experience using data and automation.
  • Partner with clinical, finance, and ops leaders to forecast needs and deliver results.
  • Represent recruiting metrics and insights at senior and Board levels.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in healthcare talent acquisition, 5+ in leadership
  • Experience scaling provider hiring nationally in a fast-paced or telehealth environment
  • Strong data and systems orientation
  • Passion for expanding access to quality behavioral health care
