We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. This agile development expert will be a key member of our hybrid development team. The ideal candidate will be capable of prototyping and development in modern web languages and frameworks as well as extensive experience with C#/.NET Windows applications.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. This agile development expert will be a key member of our hybrid development team. The ideal candidate will be capable of prototyping and development in modern web languages and frameworks as well as extensive experience with C#/.NET Windows applications.
Requirements
Candidates must, at a minimum, meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:
- Experience using modern web development tools, techniques, and methods for the creation and deployment of user-facing interfaces and backend web applications, including all aspects of server-side processing, data storage, and integration.
- Comfortable working in agile and lean environment to routinely deploy changes.
- Can work independently to build functional, secure, and accessible web applications from conception to production deployment.
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required .
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical related discipline or High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
- Expertise with Front-end Development in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, and Nuxt;
- Expertise in backend and RESTful API Development using modern languages and frameworks including NodeJS and Python;
- Background implementing authentication and authorization in applications using SAML and OAuth2;
- Proficient in C# and .NET Framework/Core, including object-oriented design and development, codebase analysis and refactoring, and reverse engineering of legacy systems;
- Extensive experience with legacy Windows Server .NET environments, including platform modernization and migration from .NET Framework to .NET Core/.NET 6+;
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing) Database Management and Administration and Database schema modernization;
- Strong grasp of Windows Server Administration, including Active Directory, Patch Management, Backup and Recovery, and Registry Management;
- Familiar with physical-to-virtual (p2v) migration of Windows Servers into Hyper-V;
- Skilled with Microsoft Visual Studio and associated debugging/profiling tools;
- Familiarity with git version control, branching strategies, and GitLab Enterprise;
- Verifiable references for any House committees projects that a proposed candidate has worked on (if applicable). Provide the committee name; the name, title, email address, and phone number of the primary customer POC; a brief description of the deliverables; and the performance period for any references.
- Strong knowledge of industry and/or public service practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, calm under pressure, excellence in triage prioritization
- Strong organizational and product management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
