Role Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Operations, who will serve as the right hand to the Senior Manager of Financial Operations and play a critical role in driving growth across the business. This is a strategic, high-visibility role designed to prepare the successful candidate for a Manager-level promotion within 12–18 months.
You'll work directly with business unit leaders and operational CEOs to analyze performance, build forecasts, and shape financial strategy for each company. Your work will influence decisions across the company—from evaluating acquisitions to optimizing performance in the existing portfolio.

Role Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Operations, who will serve as the right hand to the Senior Manager of Financial Operations and play a critical role in driving growth across the business. This is a strategic, high-visibility role designed to prepare the successful candidate for a Manager-level promotion within 12–18 months.
You'll work directly with business unit leaders and operational CEOs to analyze performance, build forecasts, and shape financial strategy for each company. Your work will influence decisions across the company—from evaluating acquisitions to optimizing performance in the existing portfolio.
Your Contributions
- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Build and maintain detailed forecasts across each portfolio company — from bookings to free cash flow.
- Partner with operational CEOs to define KPIs and drive accountability through regular business reviews.
- Analyze trends, variances, and strategic opportunities across the portfolio.
- Develop robust financial models to support investment decisions and company performance.
- Support M&A evaluation and integration by conducting financial diligence and modeling.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve financial performance.
- Continuously enhance forecasting and reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- CPA or CFA designation (required).
- 2+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (SQL or BI tools are a plus).
- Experience building and managing forecasting processes across multiple entities.
- A sense of ownership, urgency, and curiosity — you don’t wait to be told.
- Strong communication skills; able to distill financial data into insights for executives.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with distributed teams.
- Ownership of the finance function for a growing, profitable software business unit.
- Accelerated path to a Manager title and leadership responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with M&A, integration, and investor reporting.
- Collaboration with high-caliber leadership across the portfolio.
