Hiring from: Canada
Ready to revolutionize educational finance? Picture yourself as the architect of tomorrow's AI-powered financial ecosystem. We're not just looking for another number cruncher – we're seeking a visionary who can transform how education businesses handle their finances.

At Trilogy, we're reimagining education across multiple frontiers, from innovative K-12 schools to cutting-edge EdTech platforms. But here's the twist: we need a financial mastermind who can build the backbone that supports this educational revolution.

This isn't your typical finance director role where you'll be buried in spreadsheets. Instead, you'll be the architect of an AI-driven financial infrastructure that makes traditional finance departments obsolete. You'll be the conductor orchestrating a symphony of automated systems, from tuition management to compliance filings.

Your strategic insights will directly shape how millions of students access education, while your technical prowess will ensure our financial systems are as innovative as our educational models.

Ready to write the next chapter in educational finance? Let's redefine what's possible together.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Pioneer the development of a groundbreaking AI-centric financial ecosystem that scales effortlessly with our educational ventures
  • Craft strategic design decisions that transform complex financial processes into streamlined, efficient workflows
  • Provide expert written guidance to both AI systems and human teams through comprehensive Deep Dive reviews and Improvement Plans
  • Drive critical decisions in strategic planning sessions focusing on growth, vendor partnerships, and regulatory compliance
  • Orchestrate seamless financial operations across multiple dimensions - from tuition management to tax compliance

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing a traditional, large-scale finance department - we're building something leaner and smarter
  • Getting bogged down in routine month-end closing procedures or transaction approvals
  • Settling for off-the-shelf ERP solutions that don't meet our innovative standards
  • Managing from the sidelines - you'll be hands-on in building and implementing solutions
  • Operating in a predictable, slow-paced environment - we're in rapid innovation mode
