What You'll Do

If you're passionate about aviation and love turning data into decisions, this is where you can truly make an impact. You'll be focused on delivering actionable aviation insights through dashboards. You'll drive Salesforce adoption with targeted training and documentation. Ensure data accuracy for strategic planning and financial reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance aviation workflows and automate key processes.

The day-to-day

• Analyze, monitor, and audit diverse data to ensure accuracy and integrity, leading data cleanup efforts, and reporting on key metrics.
• Maintain updated documentation of Salesforce processes and training materials. Deliver training sessions and materials to onboard new Customer Success Managers (CSM) and sales team members, ensuring ongoing user adoption.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, and PowerBI offering transparency for key business metrics.
• Provide support for a team of over fifty Customer Success Managers and Business Development leads on internal tools.
• Support finance teams in preparing for quarterly business reviews, annual operations planning, and 5-year strategy planning by ensuring data accuracy in advance of crucial milestones, especially regarding aviation fleet metrics.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements through user feedback and personally identified areas for business process enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within Salesforce and business Process.
  
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Tableau etc.
• 1-2 years of Program/Project Management.
• Exposure to business process creation and optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status.
  
  
  

What Will Help You On The Job

• Technical Tools: Experience with Tableau Desktop, SQL, Snowflake, Python, PowerBI.
• Aviation Experience: Previous commercial aviation or in-flight connectivity experience.
  
  
  

Salary range

$64,500.00 - $102,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $80,000.00- $120,000.00/ annually
