You will help shape the voice of brands, mentor rising talent, and lead campaign development from concept to execution. You’ will also play a key role in weaving emerging tech, especially AI into how we think, work, and create.

What You’ll Do
- Lead creative development from concept to execution, with a focus on writing and storytelling
- Share your craft of writing, but also have a strong visual sensibility and appreciation for design
- Continuously champion and improve the creative quality of the work
- Mentor and manage a lean, high-performing creative team
- Push the work forward with conceptual clarity and strategic relevance
- Integrate AI tools and emerging technology to enhance creative thinking and efficiency
- Partner with account, strategy, media, and production teams for integrated campaigns
- Build strong client relationships and lead presentations that sell the work
- Drive creative contributions in new business efforts
- Stay current on marketing and creative technologies, including advancements in AI
- Help manage external contractors, freelancers, and production resources
- Support RP3’s goal to grow by 20% annually and attract higher-profile brands.
- Help lead a culture of creativity. Spread creative vision agency-wide and inspire others to rally around it.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of agency experience in creative roles with a standout portfolio across brands and industries
- Award-winning campaigns or notable brand and agency experience
- Proven copywriting expertise with the ability to shift tones and formats fluidly
- The love of storytelling
- Experience managing small creative teams
- Comfort and curiosity with AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, etc.) as a creative tool
- Strategic mindset and strong presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Low ego, high standards, and a drive to create work that makes a mark
- Award-winning campaigns or notable brand experience
- Strength across brand development, customer experience, and performance marketing
- Production savvy—film, video, experiential, and digital experience
