The Role
As an Inside Account Executive 11, you will be instrumental in driving sales and cultivating strong relationships within the Automotive Collision Industry. This role is characterized by a proactive, "hunter" approach, where you will engage with collision repair shops to offer solutions that enhance their estimating and repair processes. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs,
delivering customized solutions, conducting impactful product presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, problem solving skills, and a proactive sales mindset.

What You 'II Do
- Expand our customer base by targeting new clients and upselling to existing accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross- selling our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align our offerings with client needs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.
- Attend industry events to drive sales and generate leads.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree (B.A.).
- A minimum of 3 years of proven, on-target sales experience in B2B software applications, with a focus on Saas solutions.
- Prior experience within the automotive repair and collision industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to sell licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations while managing all aspects of a sales territory.
- Proficient in negotiating business terms with line-of-business leaders, senior management, and C-level executives.
- A consistent history of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is considered an asset.
