We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third party reproduction and egg donation. The HR Coordinator will provide technical human resources assistance to the HR team and employees within the company. The incumbent will provide human resources support, primarily focused on data integrity within the Human Resources Information System. They will review and approve changes to employee records made in the HRIS system, with an emphasis on transactions requested through the ticketing system. The incumbent will work closely with leaders and HR department to ensure accurate, timely changes within HRIS system.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and enters changes to employee records in HRIS system
  • Review of status changes to ensure compliance with existing laws and regulations
  • Enters employee data changes from ticketing service into HR database
  • Proactively identifies potential areas for process improvement and recommends feasible solutions
  • Following up with care center managers to verify data accuracy in HRIS system
  • Work with the HR team to ensure benefits in an employee’s record is updated accurately with status changes
  • Assist with annual audits, preparing hire packets, and any additional requests as needed
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Attend training as required
  • Assist with special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Two or more years related administrative experience within an HR environment
  • Experience with processing electronic onboarding of employees including but not limited to E-Verify
  • Experience with an HRIS system, UKGPro or ADP strongly preferred
  • Experience with day-to-day processing of 500 plus employees data in the HRIS system
  • Knowledge of FLSA
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet department objectives
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Experience communicating logically and clearly both orally and in writing
  • Experience effectively planning and organizing work
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to easily adapt to any situation; dynamic personality with the ability to adjust effectively to constantly changing policies and procedures
  • Must be detailed-oriented with technical aptitude
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
