Compensation Details:
At Auvik, our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive, reward performance, reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ, based on research from various sources of market data, which are reviewed on a regular basis.
The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.
In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik's future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan, Wellness spending account, GRSP matching program, flexible paid time off, paid parental leave program, and are eligible for remote working subsidies.
OTE (Base + Target Incentive) Range:
$126,500—$164,500 CAD

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 3-5 employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications and integrations with other enterprise systems such as ZenDesk, Totango and Snowflake.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage application upgrades, patches, and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues, working closely with the IT support team.
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications in a SaaS environment.
- Strong development or architecture experience with Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, Billing), ZenDesk, Snowflake, and Looker.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Directly manage a team of 3-5 employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
