Who we are:
We’re not just building a company — we’re building a different way of working. Around here, Customer Empathy leads everything we do. We trust you to make smart decisions with the customer’s needs at heart — because with freedom comes responsibility.
Integrity is non-negotiable. We speak with honesty, act with humility, and take ownership — even when it’s hard. Candor is part of how we build trust, not break it.
We believe Life > Work. A fulfilling life fuels great work, not the other way around. We encourage our team to embrace experiences, relationships, and passions outside the office — and trust each other to show up fully when it matters most.
We believe titles provide clarity, not superiority. Servant Leadership means we lead by lifting others, sharing information openly, and keeping politics and ego out of the equation.
Our version of Stewardship is about more than careful management — it’s about honoring the talents, resources, and opportunities entrusted to us by treating them with creativity, accountability, and vision.
And because we believe trust is earned daily, Transparency is our operating system. We share early, often, and honestly — making sure no one is ever left guessing.
At the heart of it all? High freedom. High responsibility. Radical trust. If you’re energized by ownership, motivated by purpose, and ready to help build a culture where people and ideas thrive — you’re in the right place.
Your Strengths:
You’re a master of momentum. You keep things moving — with precision, intention, and just the right touch of calm.
You see what’s coming before it hits the calendar. Anticipating needs, organizing details, and creating clarity is your default setting.
You’re a behind-the-scenes powerhouse. While others may take the spotlight, you're the reason everything runs smoothly.
You communicate with care and confidence. Whether it’s an email draft, a meeting recap, or a message on behalf of leadership — you get the tone, the timing, and the importance of every word.
You balance humility with execution. You move seamlessly between strategic initiatives and small, in-the-weeds tasks — and treat them both with the same level of ownership. Nothing is too big or too small.
What you’ll do:
Manage email flow and priorities for the CEO — flagging what matters, responding where appropriate, and helping keep focus where it’s most needed.
Coordinate meetings with intention, from scheduling and prep to agenda creation and follow-up.
Take and distribute clear, concise, and actionable notes from key leadership and council meetings.
Support CEO communications with the broader organization, including helping prep weekly updates and reoccurring company meetings.
Provide logistical and admin support for internal groups like our SMAC council and leadership team.
Handle booking travel and building itineraries that support productivity and ease.
Process and manage CEO expense reports with accuracy and speed.
Serve as a key thought partner and steady presence — especially in fast-paced or high-stakes weeks.
Project-manage key initiatives in partnership with the CEO — driving follow-through, clarity, and progress across priorities.
Bring a high-execution mindset — you’re in the details, making things happen and adjusting as you go.
Be willing and available to travel for company retreats, launch events, and other key gatherings throughout the year.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in executive-level support, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills — you thrive in the details and know how to prioritize the important over the merely urgent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you’re confident drafting communications and capturing nuanced meeting notes.
Discretion, reliability, and sound judgment — you’re trusted with sensitive information and handle it with care.
A service-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership — you’re proactive, responsive, and take pride in making things run well.
Why you matter:
At this stage of growth, our CEO needs a partner — someone who can bring structure to the chaos, clarity to the calendar, and momentum to the mission. You’ll be the force that keeps things on track, supports strategic focus, and helps turn big ideas into real impact.
