This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA, Toronto, ON.

Who You Are
Due to U.S. Export Control laws and regulations, Tenstorrent is required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations when transferring technology to nationals of certain countries that have been licensing conditions set by the U.S. government.
As this position will have direct and/or indirect access to information, systems, or technologies that are subject to U.S. Export Control laws and regulations, please note that citizenship/permanent residency, asylee and refugee information and supporting documentation will be required and considered as a condition of employment.
If a U.S. export license is required, employment will not begin until a license with acceptable conditions is granted by the U.S. government. If a U.S. export license with acceptable conditions is not granted by the U.S. government, then the offer of employment will be rescinded.

Who You Are
- A versatile technologist with deep experience in server hardware, software, networking, and Linux systems.
- Comfortable with test automation, defect tracking, and troubleshooting across the stack. Detail-oriented and process-driven, always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
- A natural collaborator with clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Spearhead integration testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
- Tackle issues with curiosity—documenting bugs clearly and partnering with ODMs to improve quality.
- Maintain clean, useful test plans and documentation others can rely on.
- Bring a mindset for efficiency—automating where possible and refining test processes as you go.
- Invaluable understanding of the entire lifecycle of server system testing.
- How to effectively collaborate with ODM partners and internal teams.
- Ways to measure and enhance testing performance and automation for faster, more reliable results.
