This role will primarily support Talent Management and Talent Acquisition systems and processes, with the potential to provide backup support across other People functions. ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $103,400 CAD - $155,200 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.

This role will primarily support Talent Management and Talent Acquisition systems and processes, with the potential to provide backup support across other People functions. You’ll play a key role in analyzing our processes, providing ongoing support, and delivering user-centered solutions that enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.
What you'll do:
- Partner closely with the Talent Management team to support their programs from a systems and technology perspective
- Implement new features and services that enable scalable, user-friendly experiences
- Maintain and enhance existing processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through technology
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues efficiently while considering root causes and downstream impacts
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for cross-functional partners, including Talent Acquisition, HR, Business Technology, and Engineering
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to strategic planning by balancing immediate needs with long-term system scalability and impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A holistic thinker who can assess both details and broader system impacts
- Proven experience working in or supporting People/HR technologies
- Proficient in Google Workspace with advanced skills in spreadsheet-based data analysis and Google Apps Script
- Experience with Workday and Lattice configuration is highly preferred, and familiarity with low-code automation tools like Workato is a plus
