This role plays a critical part in supporting our sourcing and production operations through data analysis, purchase order administration, and supplier coordination. It's a strong entry point for a business or finance professional looking to grow within a strategic, cross functional team.
This position will report to our Senior Manager of Production & Sourcing. It is a high visibility role on a growing team that plays a key part in our product and sourcing strategy. You will gain exposure to operations, supply chain, and financial analysis with a clear potential for growth within the broader Product Strategy group.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track supplier invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Administer purchase orders and goods receipts within internal systems
- Assist with inter-warehouse inventory transfers and sales quote approvals
- Prepare comprehensive landed cost estimates, including product cost, international freight, duties, and related import charges.
- Support costing analysis to help optimize product margins and vendor negotiations
- Provide data insights that help shape pricing decisions, operational processes, and logistic efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support sourcing, production, and planning decisions
- Strong foundation in business, finance, or a related field
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data to drive decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in working cross functionally and supporting the product lifecycle
- Curious and proactive mindset
- Advanced excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus
- MBA or progress toward one is preferred but not required
