The Role at a Glance
Title: US Head of Sales & Operations
Location: East Coast Preferable (travel and international travel required)
$100,000 Base with bonuses, plus company vehicle or car allowance, health insurance, 401K, potential equity options available.
Mission: Maximize the performance of our field and events sales teams. Build clear accountability and motivational drivers that push our results even higher.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be hands-on, driving and elevating our live event campaigns across the United States, with an initial focus on the East Coast. From staffing and sales coaching to smooth event ops and standout client experiences - you’ll own it all.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes gig: it’s boots on the ground, sleeves rolled up. One day you’re presenting a pitch, the next day solving an on-site hiccup or analyzing sales data. If you thrive on action, love fast-paced environments, and want to make a visible impact, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Performance Management: Monitor sales, coach on the spot, client retention, drive customer engagement, keep agents motivated, and build a winning culture.
• Staffing & Scheduling: Ensure every event is fully staffed and every shift runs smoothly.
• Event Operations & Logistics: Oversee set-ups and breakdowns, troubleshoot on-site, and keep our brand standards high.
• Team Communication & Coordination: Keep everyone informed, motivated, and focused on hitting goals.
• Reporting & Admin: Maintain accurate sales reports, analyze data, expense reports, and team reviews up to date.

• Proven experience in live events, sales leadership, or team management.
• Proven ability to win new clients.
• A natural problem-solver who thrives in high-energy environments.
• An inspiring communicator who leads by example.
• Flexible to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Bonus points for a background in experiential marketing or high-volume sales.
