We drive operational excellence, innovation, and agility, empowering organizations to achieve their goals through tailored solutions for Atlassian tools and adjacent technologies.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Platform Developer to ensure our Salesforce environment continues to evolve and support the growing needs of our global teams. Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll translate stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions, support integrations across systems, and maintain the health of the platform with a strong focus on usability, reliability, and business impact.
This role will focus on four core pillars:
Platform Evolution – Configuring and customizing Salesforce to support organizational growth and data quality
Process Optimization & Automation – Eliminating inefficiencies and building smart workflows
System Integration – Managing data and tools across platforms like NetSuite, Jira, and marketing tools
Collaboration & Partnership – Acting as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams
Reporting to the Director of DevOps and Integration Engineering, you’ll be part of the Enterprise Technology & Innovation team and collaborate closely with other developers, business stakeholders, and operations to deliver value through systems that scale.
Your Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Development:
You bring 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce development or administration, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and automation tools (especially Flows), and the ability to translate complex needs into simple, effective solutions. You have experience working in fast-paced environments, supporting cross-platform integrations, and communicating clearly across a variety of audiences.
You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving business problems with technology, and take full ownership of your work. You are collaborative, curious, and eager to grow in a global, agile organization.
This role is open to candidates located in the United States or Canada. This is a fully remote role. Full English proficiency is required, as it is the company’s main working language.
Why Join Valiantys?
Join a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization where transformation is at the heart of everything we do. As part of our team, you’ll help shape the future of enterprise collaboration by building systems that support global delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with technical experts and operational leaders in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment that values impact, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Our additional advantages:
100% remote work with teammates in the US and Canada
Competitive salary and performance-based bonus
Comprehensive health benefits and generous PTO
Annual learning and development stipend
A global team that values transparency, inclusion, and innovation
Opportunities to grow, own your work, and make a meaningful impact
