About The Team
The StreetEasy Marketing team is responsible for attracting, engaging, and nurturing home shoppers, and connecting them with our outstanding network of agents to provide a guided experience that enables more people to make NYC home. Our Marketing Director of Planning and Strategy is looking for a product marketer to help develop and implement positioning, GTM strategy, and process to drive deeper awareness, adoption and engagement.
About The Role
You will help implement new ways of working between Marketing and strategic partners, including Sales, Rev ops, Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Engagement to drive revenue growth and improved customer experiences across our marketplace. The role will include developing MQL and lead scoring strategy with consistent and compelling messaging across touchpoints to improve product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives. You’ll create value to drive measurable improvement to the customer experience for home shoppers and agents. Key to this will be developing deep knowledge of our business and audiences to deliver the right value at the right time for the right person.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $117,400.00 - $187,600.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

- Partner with product owners, the research team, marketing, sales, and the creative team to help define product positioning, strategy, target audiences and key benefits, manage multi-channel product launches, and gather customer insights
- Support development and management of B2B MQL strategy and lead scoring framework
- Help develop and execute key b2b lead nurture campaign strategy by sharpening customer segmentation and identifying areas of opportunity
- Build and own B2B and B2C multi-channel product marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- In partnership with Mops, own and implement B2B website strategy
- Produce quarterly competitive analyses to help understand our SWOT
- Help build and execute internal and external materials inclusive of strategy decks, overview docs, creative briefs and copy to increase product awareness, adoption and engagement.
- Own b2b help center strategy and manage marketing approved insights.
- Track, analyze and report on KPIs
- Successfully manage cross functional relationship

- 8+ years of product marketing experience; experience in marketplaces and maturing startups is preferred
- Proven track record developing strategies and messages that differentiate and resonate to drive business goals
- Problem solver with a bias toward action and a growth mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for great execution
