The Presales Solutions Architect is a key part of the organization providing technical pre-sales support to the sales team to design and propose solutions for prospects and customers. In this role, you will drive the technical aspects of customer engagements, providing architectural guidance and best practices to help businesses of all sizes, from startups, SMBs to enterprises, leverage the power of OpsGuru’s AWS soluti


ons.
You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique business and technical requirements and translate them into tailored AWS solutions. Your technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and ability to lead cross-practice initiatives will be critical in delivering innovative cloud-based solutions that drive value for our cli


ents.
What you'll be


  • doing:
    Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, pain points, and technical requirements, design relevant solution options, and help articulate them to customers, ensuring they derive value from their investments with O
  • psGuru.Champion customer needs internally with engineering and delivery teams to vet customer requirements and articulate custom requirements when nec
  • essary.Build proposals and SOWs for account teams to present to cus
  • tomers.Craft professional written responses for prospective custome
  • r RFPs.Work independently and as part of a team to help win new revenue by advocating for the customer opportunities you work on with the sale
  • s team.Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings to meet market
  • demand.Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the Presales Solutions Architect com
  • munity.Work with account executives, delivery teams, partners, and client stakeholders to support the resolution of any technical, performance, or cost-related issues that arise throughout a p
  • roject.Learn and remain proficient in our Partner cloud platforms and technologies and contribute to responsibi

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related techni
  • cal field5+ years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architecture, or cloud consul
  • ting roleHands-on expertise with designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, preferab
  • ly on AWSStrong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including networking, security, storage, and serverless tec
  • hnologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into busin
  • ess valueProven track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive new business oppo
  • rtunitiesWillingness to travel to customer sites as needed to support sales and deployment a
