Youll also take part in consultative sales conversations to help prospective clients identify the right programs for their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations to assess client goals and recommend appropriate programs.
• Proactively market personal development programs and destination events through digital platforms, social outreach, and networking, in alignment with the companys branding and compliance guidelines.
• Deliver coaching support rooted in high-performance principles and frameworks.
• Maintain accurate client records and utilize CRM tools to track interactions.
