About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team. This is a full-time, permanent role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build world-class teams. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across departments, own hiring manager relationships, and play a key role in scaling Moncel’s workforce.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive, organized, and solutions-driven recruitment professional who’s passionate about connecting talent with meaningful opportunities—and ensuring a great experience every step of the way.

About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across departments, own hiring manager relationships, and play a key role in scaling Moncel’s workforce.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive, organized, and solutions-driven recruitment professional who’s passionate about connecting talent with meaningful opportunities—and ensuring a great experience every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across Moncel’s departments and international teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, align on interview processes, and deliver exceptional talent
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Manage and optimize our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capability
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and facilitate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Coordinate post-interview debriefs and provide guidance to hiring teams in making final selections
- Support employer branding efforts by crafting engaging job descriptions and sharing Moncel’s story with candidates
- Assist with onboarding logistics and support a smooth new hire experience
- Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions and process improvements
- Excellent prioritization skills, writing, and oral communication skills are required
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with sound professional judgment
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, collaborative team environment
- Adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute to improving processes and candidate experiences
- 3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse) and resume databases
- Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach strategies
- Exposure to recruitment metrics and using data to guide hiring decisions
- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment preferred
